A Real Working Digger for Little Builders

This wooden ride-on excavator lets kids dig, scoop, lift and dump just like a real construction operator. They sit in the seat, swivel a full 360 degrees and work the two hand levers to move the arm and bucket, so every scoop of sand is powered by their own hands. Set it in a sandbox, a mulch bed or a sandy corner of the yard, and it becomes the busiest job site on the block.

Why Kids Love It

  • Works like the real thing: Two levers control the arm and bucket, so kids learn cause and effect as they dig.

  • 360° swivel seat: Spin around to scoop on one side and dump on the other.

  • Builds real skills: Working the levers builds grip strength, hand-eye coordination and two-handed control.

  • Endless pretend play: Build roads, dig for treasure or load up a toy dump truck with friends.

Built for Sand, Dirt and the Beach

Made from sturdy pine wood with a stable base and a comfortable seat, the excavator is built for outdoor play. It's light enough to carry from the sandbox to the beach or the garden, so the digging can go wherever your kids do.

Complete the Job Site

The excavator works best in a contained digging area. Pair it with our wooden sandbox, sized for the excavator, or browse all outdoor excavators and sandboxes. For help choosing, see our guide to ride-on excavator toys for kids. Please note: sandbox not included.
