Avenlur offers free shipping on all domestic orders within the continental U.S. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day.

We also offer free shipping to Canada. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Orders ship from either our east coast or west coast warehouse. Estimated Transit Times can be 2-5 business days via FedEx, or UPS. If you have any questions about when your order will be delivered, or if you have specific delivery needs, please contact customer support.

We also offer free shipping to Canada. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

We strive to ensure that our products are designed and described accurately and that they get to you safely.

If you are having trouble assembling your product, please let one of our product experts help you troubleshoot the problems you are having.

We provide videos and access to user/assembly manuals on our website.

If you did receive an item damaged or it was missing any parts, we will replace them free of charge.

If you would still like to return your product, Avenlur return policy is as follows:

Avenlur accepts returns up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
Prior to shipping a return to us, obtain an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) number by contacting support. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for returns due to manufacturer defects.
A refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned order.
Package the product you are returning thoroughly, so it will arrive undamaged. Damaged returns due to insufficient packaging may be assessed additional fees.
Please note that if you purchased the product through a re-seller, return requests must be processed through the re-seller. Avenlur is unable to refund you directly.
Returns due to buyers remorse and not due to a defect in the product are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee to cover outbound shipping and handling costs.

A: If you buy an Avenlur product directly from avenlur.com between November 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, and find a better offer on the same product on avenlur.com, you can request a price match and receive the better offer.

Q: Are there any purchases that don’t qualify for the Price Match Guarantee?

Q: My order hasn’t been delivered yet. Do I need to reorder to receive a price match?
A: No, there’s no need to reorder. Simply reach out to our Support Team with your details to receive the price match.

We don’t want you to ever miss out! We honor promotional pricing on any order placed within fourteen (14) days before the start of a promotion and/or if your order has not shipped.

If you purchase a product directly from us and that product is both in-stock and available at a lower price on our website during a sale event within 14 days of your original purchase date, we will happily refund the difference in price to your original payment method.
