Holiday Shipping & Returns
Q: Will my order arrive before Christmas?
A: Yes! All U.S. orders placed by Dec 19th will arrive before Christmas. For orders after that date, check the estimated delivery time at checkout.
Q: If I don’t open the gift until Christmas and need to return it afterward, can I still return it past the 30-day window?
A: Absolutely. Holiday purchases can be returned until Jan 31. All standard return terms still apply. See return policy here.
Shipping
Avenlur offers free shipping on all domestic orders within the continental U.S. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day.
We also offer free shipping to Canada. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery time
Orders ship from either our east coast or west coast warehouse. Estimated Transit Times can be 2-5 business days via FedEx, or UPS. If you have any questions about when your order will be delivered, or if you have specific delivery needs, please contact customer support.
We also offer free shipping to Canada. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Returns
We strive to ensure that our products are designed and described accurately and that they get to you safely.
If you are having trouble assembling your product, please let one of our product experts help you troubleshoot the problems you are having.
We provide videos and access to user/assembly manuals on our website.
If you did receive an item damaged or it was missing any parts, we will replace them free of charge.
If you would still like to return your product, Avenlur return policy is as follows:
- Avenlur accepts returns up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
- Prior to shipping a return to us, obtain an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) number by contacting support. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for returns due to manufacturer defects.
- A refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned order.
- Package the product you are returning thoroughly, so it will arrive undamaged. Damaged returns due to insufficient packaging may be assessed additional fees.
- Please note that if you purchased the product through a re-seller, return requests must be processed through the re-seller. Avenlur is unable to refund you directly.
- Returns due to buyers remorse and not due to a defect in the product are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee to cover outbound shipping and handling costs.
