Avenlur offers free shipping on all domestic orders within the continental US.




All orders are placed before 2 pm EST will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 2 pm will ship the next business day.




Orders ship from either our east coast or west coast warehouse. Estimated Transit Times can be 2-5 business days via FedEx, or UPS. If you have any questions about when your order will be delivered, or if you have specific delivery needs, please contact customer support.


We strive to ensure that our products are designed and described accurately and that they get to you safely.

If you are having trouble assembling your product, please let one of our product experts help you troubleshoot the problems you are having.

We provide videos and access to user/assembly manuals on our website.

If you did receive an item damaged or it was missing any parts, we will replace them free of charge.

If you would still like to return your product, Avenlur return policy is as follows:

● Avenlur accepts returns up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
● Prior to shipping a return to us, obtain RMA (Return merchandise      authorization) number by contacting support.
● You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us.
● Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
● A refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned order.
● Package the product you are returning thoroughly, so it will arrive undamaged. Damaged returns due to insufficient packaging may be assessed additional fees.
● Please note that if you purchased the product through a re-seller, return requests must be processed through the re-seller. Avenlur is unable to refund you directly.
● There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items

As part of our social media policy, we do not compensate influencers for collaborations.

We believe that the value of the product they receive from us is fair considering its market value and lasting quality.

Avenlur understands and appreciates the value provided by our social media influencers in promoting our product and our company. We consider our association with the influencers as being key business relationships and agreements that can be mutually beneficial to both parties.

Avenlur also understands that much effort and time go into posting our products on the pages of the social media influencers, and we believe that the product they receive from us is fair considering its market value.


Social Media Influencers will be required to submit their media kits as a PDF file along with their request.

Social Media Influencers will be gifted a maximum of one product per 6 months unless otherwise specified by the company. Avenlur will determine which product to gift, although influencers can request product.

Discount codes will be provided to influencers to share with followers or to use to purchase additional Avenlur product.

Avenlur retains the rights to photos sent by Social Media Influencers and may use them at their discretion on our website and other social media channels.

Social Media Influencer IG posts and stories will be as follows:

Influencers are required to post within two weeks of receiving their product or on a date specified by the company. Failure to post within this time frame may result in loss of influencer privileges.

At a minimum of 2 live post for consecutive 8 week campaign time, that will remain on the influencer’s IG page for at least 90 days.

One story post in connection to each live post.

Photos must prominently display Avenlur product, tag @Avenlurkids, include the hashtag #avenlur #avenlurkids.

Influencers must provide ‘swipe-up’ functionality in their stories, where applicable (i.e., over 10K followers), including a link to www.avenlur.com.

At least one post should include at a minimum one photo showing one or more children interacting with the Avenlur product. We also love to see our collaborators showing beautifully staged product and playroom shots.

Where applicable, social media influencer posts will be linked to their Facebook accounts as well.
