About Avenlur
Our mission
Building Brains & Bodies Through Play
Avenlur designs solid wood indoor jungle gyms, climbers, Pikler triangles, outdoor playsets and Montessori furniture for kids from their first steps through grade school. Every piece is built to get children moving, climbing and creating at home, and to look good in the rooms where families actually live.
Activity and mental development go hand in hand, especially in the early years. So we make equipment that lets children stretch their bodies, use their imaginations and grow on their own terms, and keep playing on it for years instead of months.

Our story
Why We Started Avenlur
Most indoor play equipment used to be bulky plastic in bright colors, designed for a short window of early childhood and then outgrown. We wanted something different: play equipment made from real wood, designed around how children actually develop, and good-looking enough to live in a living room.
That idea became our first indoor jungle gyms and Pikler triangles. Today Avenlur makes climbers, swing sets, playhouses, kids' tables and classroom furniture for families, schools and play spaces across the US and Canada.
What we believe
How We Design Every Piece
Movement Builds Confidence
Inspired by Montessori principles, our climbers use graded heights and open routes so children can test their own limits, building strength, balance and coordination at their own pace.
Built to Last for Years
Solid wood frames, smooth rounded edges and add-on parts mean a set that starts as a toddler's first climber can still challenge them years later.
Made for Real Homes
Clean lines and natural finishes fit playrooms, bedrooms and living rooms. Many of our designs fold flat or mount to the wall when you need the floor back.
Safety
Safety Comes First
Our playsets and climbers are tested to ASTM and CPSIA standards for children's products, and every product page lists its recommended age range and weight limits so you can choose the right fit. We also share practical guidance on setup, from padded mats under indoor climbers to soft surfacing and clear space around outdoor playsets.
