What's New at Avenlur

New designs come from two places: gaps our customers keep asking about, and pieces we have wanted to make for a while and finally got right. Most start as a variation on something that already works, because a design that families use daily for three years is a better starting point than a blank page.

Everything new is built the same way as everything else: FSC-certified pine, non-toxic BPA-free finishes, tested to ASTM and CPSIA standards, and covered by the same five year warranty.

Buying a New Release

New products usually arrive in smaller quantities while we see how they sell, so popular sizes and colors can go out of stock before the next container lands. If something here fits what you need, it is worth taking rather than waiting.

New releases also tend to have fewer reviews at first. Product pages list dimensions, age range, weight limits and materials in full, and our team can answer anything the page does not cover.

Where New Releases Fit

Most new pieces are designed to work alongside what we already make. Accessories and add-ons list the frames they fit, and new climbers take the same mats, tent covers and attachments as their predecessors wherever the dimensions allow.

Do new products carry the same warranty?

Yes. Five years against defects in materials or workmanship, the same as everything else we make.

Will new accessories fit an older Avenlur frame?

Often, but not always. Each accessory lists the frames it fits, and we can confirm by phone if you have the model name.

Why do new releases sell out?

First production runs are smaller while we gauge demand. Restocks usually follow, though timing depends on shipping.

Can I be notified when something is back in stock?

Yes. Product pages have a notify option when an item is unavailable.

Are new products tested to the same standards?
