Productdetails

Modern Wooden Playhouse for Indoors or Out

Casa is a white wooden playhouse with a black roof and trim, styled like a small cottage. It looks at home in a playroom, a sunroom or the backyard, and gives kids their own space for pretend play, reading and tea parties.

Room for More Than One

The roomy interior and tall roofline let siblings and friends play together inside. The door stands 39.4 inches tall, so kids walk in instead of crawling.

Details That Spark Pretend Play

A swinging front door, serving counters on both sides and open windows with flower boxes turn the house into a café, a shop or a home. Inside, a play kitchen with shelves and hanging utensils keeps the story going.

Built to Last

Casa is solid wood with a weather-resistant finish, so it handles both indoor play and time outdoors. It comes with step-by-step instructions for assembly at home.

Placement and Care

Set the playhouse on flat, level ground or flooring. Outdoors, covering it or bringing it inside during winter and long stretches of wet weather will help the finish last. Recommended for ages 3 and up with adult supervision.

Customer photo review of Casa | Modern Playhouse

My daughters are obsessed! It has already been a flower shop, a cafe, a pizzeria, the list goes on! Can’t wait to make a million childhood memories for them in our new playhouse!

Casa | Modern Playhouse

The Playhouse is adorable, but it came with many scuffed parts. The holes to the roof did not line up and a few pieces were not cut right.

Grandkids love it!! Arrived in a timely manner and was put together with ease. It took awhile but just due to elderly fingers/hands and toddler help! Would buy products from you again.

Several pieces were scuffed and one of the utensils was twisted so I requested a discount but it’s still beautiful when assembled!

The house is adorable. Got it for three granddaughters. We had someone put it together for us and lay a cement base.

We had all the parts and screws. Directions were easy. 2.5 hours total to assemble. Our daughter loves it. Really solid quality

Casa | Modern Playhouse

I put together one of these for a client, it took a little over 2 hours. I was pretty impressed with the quality of wood and fasteners used and it was a nice change in pace from the usual plastic and particle board. There was one small part that didnt come pre-glued like it should have, but that is a very minor issue.
