Barre de traction Avenlur pour noyer, Betula et Neem

A Pull-Up Bar Made for Your Swedish Ladder

The Avenlur pull-up bar attaches to your Walnut, Betula or Neem Swedish ladder wall gym, adding pull-ups, hanging and stretching to the climbing wall your family already has. It is designed for kids 8 and up who are ready for a bigger strength challenge, and it is strong enough for parents to use for stretches too.

Why an Attachment Instead of a Doorway Bar

Doorway pull-up bars press against trim and frames that were never built for them. The Avenlur pull-up bar mounts directly to your Swedish ladder, which is already secured into your wall studs, so it is purpose-built, stable and matches the rest of your wall gym.

Builds Strength Through Play

• Upper-body strength: Pull-ups and hangs build arms, shoulders and grip.

• Core and coordination: Hanging and swinging engage core and stabilizing muscles.

• Confidence: Working toward a first pull-up is a goal kids can see themselves reach.

• Stretching: A simple hang is a great stretch for kids and adults alike.

Compatible Wall Gyms

This pull-up bar fits the Walnut, Betula and Neem Swedish ladders. It is made from sturdy wood with child-safe, non-toxic finishes and is covered by our five-year warranty.
